Overview

Future Health China helps international patients explore health assessments and treatment in China. Simon Phillips, known online as Simon in China, partnered with Yolkk to bring the business to life through branding and a new digital presence. Drawing on two decades of living in China, his ambition was to bring greater visibility to its healthcare facilities and give people considering care abroad a clear, reassuring place to begin.

Challenge

The starting point was trust. Cost may prompt someone to consider healthcare abroad, but confidence in the facilities, the care and the people guiding them shapes what happens next. FHC needed a presence that communicated quality from the first encounter, supported by enough depth to help visitors make sense of a complex service. The challenge was to balance a refined, welcoming experience with clear information, giving people room to explore at their own pace.

Solution

We created a polished identity and an expansive website, with considered typography and portraits drawn from Simon’s professional film shoot bringing a personal presence to the experience. A clear content structure supports both detailed exploration and future growth. For visitors ready to ask more, a full-screen AI assistant offers familiar text and voice conversations, drawing on the website’s information. It provides an optional next step as confidence grows. Alongside the branding, website and assistant, we developed a small backend platform, giving FHC a connected foundation for the service it is building.

“Thank you Yolkk for helping us recreate our website with a more modern, accessible and secure version. Before we couldn’t do simple things like edit our site, update the branding or keep it from breaking down… now we do not worry about any of that.”
