Overview
Momentm is a senior-led development and project management consultancy for investors and fund managers delivering major residential schemes. Working between the client and the delivery chain, its team guides commercial, contractual and practical decisions from planning to handover. Across shared ownership, build to rent, student accommodation and mixed use projects, it combines hands-on oversight with live tracking of risks, milestones and compliance, helping clients protect their interests and address issues early.
Challenge
The team wanted a digital presence that reflected its standing in the industry and gave prospective clients confidence when researching the business. A focused, single-page website suited the brief. The task was to make that space work well: introduce the consultancy, establish its experience and give visitors enough detail to take the next step, while keeping the page clear and easy to explore.
Solution
We built on Momentm’s existing identity and dark palette to create an assured, compact website. Partners, sector expertise and concise case studies establish the team’s experience, while service details open in overlays to keep the main page uncluttered. Professional headshots put people at the centre, followed by testimonials and a clear invitation to get in touch. An animated navigation bar brings a playful touch and encourages visitors to explore each section. Together, these elements give the consultancy a polished presence that supports the reputation it has already earned.
